TEMPLE BETH SHOLOM
Robert Gary

Join us as we review the history of special prosecutors, starting with Watergate and ending with the current probe of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election. We will explore the legal authority, powers, and crimes that occurred and learn the difference between a special prosecutor and a special counsel. More importantly, we will understand the mandate under which Special Counsel Robert Mueller operates and the scope of his authority so that we can fully appreciate his powers and limitations. In doing so, we will touch on the emolument clause, the subject of impeachment, and other timely subjects.
Silver Member: $90; Gold Member: $81.
