Is it in the water? The air they breathe? Why has Brooklyn given us such a quantity and quality of singers, songwriters, and music VIPs? The list is mind-boggling. Starting with George Gershwin, Carole King, and Marvin Hamlisch, Brooklyn songwriters have composed much of the music of our lives. And Brooklyn singers from all genres, have been a staple on the radio forever—Neil Diamond, Harry Chapin, and Barry Manilow, to name just a few. Join us as we discover the songs and artists and watch videos of the music from Brooklyn. Youse guys will be totally amazed!
