The central bank of the U.S. is the Federal Reserve System. In this class, the instructor will discuss: Who owns the capital stock of the Federal Reserve Banks? Is the Federal Reserve System a branch of the U.S. government? How do Federal Reserve Banks create money? Do the Federal Reserve Banks act in the best interest of the American taxpayer? What is the difference between a U.S. Treasury Note and a Federal Reserve Note? The instructor will present a critical view of the Federal Reserve System and a monetary reform plan that could eliminate our national debt.
