Learn how to adapt your lifestyle and your diet to attain better health and reach your goals. This course focuses on the role of healthy meal plans, nutrition, exercise, and weight management in wellness improvement. You will learn how to prevent and control various disease states such as high blood pressure, diabetes, and elevated cholesterol, using proper nutrition and recommendations for exercise and stress management. You will also find out how to transform the science of food into everyday solutions, based on lifestyle, food preferences, budget, and weight management.
Summer: 4 Sessions: Silver Member: $70; Gold Member: $63.
