    Alan Kitty has been winning accolades for his Mark Twain interpretation since the 1970s. His one-man show, “Mark Twain’s
    Last Stand,” was produced in New York and toured 22 states. As an Independent Twain Scholar and re-enactor, he has won praise for his work with students of all ages (4-104). His has studied every aspect of the iconic writer’s life like a traveler studies a map.

    Osher Lifetime Learning Institute at Ringling College (OLLI) is a division of Ringling College of Art and Design. OLLI operates year-round and is supported through student registrations and private contributions. OLLI courses are non-credit and primarily based on a liberal arts curriculum. There are no grades and no tests; courses are offered purely for the joy of learning. Students may attend classes at any of our locations, participate in Academy Talks, Einstein’s Circle discussion groups, and attend lectures and special events. Tuition varies depending upon course length.
