    Frank A. Monti has a graduate degree from Brown University and is a retired CPA with over 45 years of experience specializing in non-profit organizations, including homeowner associations. He has taught college accounting and finance courses at both the undergraduate and graduate school level as well as seminars for business and professional groups.

    Osher Lifetime Learning Institute at Ringling College (OLLI) is a division of Ringling College of Art and Design. OLLI operates year-round and is supported through student registrations and private contributions. OLLI courses are non-credit and primarily based on a liberal arts curriculum. There are no grades and no tests; courses are offered purely for the joy of learning. Students may attend classes at any of our locations, participate in Academy Talks, Einstein’s Circle discussion groups, and attend lectures and special events. Tuition varies depending upon course length.
